Help with Crux
Crux is built and supported by Lumitrope Labs Ltd. A person reads every message.
Reach us
- In the app — Settings → Help → Support. Replies arrive in the same thread, inside the app. This is the fastest route.
- Something looks wrong — Settings → Help → Report a problem. Your note is sent with diagnostics attached, so we can see what the app saw.
- Email — hello@usecrux.io. Use this if you can’t sign in. Write from the address on your Crux account so we can find it. We aim to reply within two working days.
Subscription and billing
Crux subscriptions are billed by Apple, through your Apple Account. We never see your card and can’t change a charge ourselves.
- Manage or cancel — on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Crux. Cancelling during the 7-day trial stops the first charge; cancelling later keeps access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds — Apple handles these at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restore a purchase — after a reinstall or on a new phone, sign in to Crux, then Settings → Account → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
Notifications aren’t arriving
- On your iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Crux is allowed, and that a Focus mode isn’t silencing it.
- In Crux, open the condition. A condition that is still collecting data, paused, or resolved won’t ring until that changes — the row says which.
- Conditions are checked on their own timeframe: a daily-close condition is judged at the close, not the moment price crosses the line mid-day.
- Still quiet? Use Report a problem from the app so the diagnostics come with it.
Signing in
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once — always open the most recent email. If you signed up with one method (email, Apple, Google, or X), use that same method to get back to the same account.
Delete your account
Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and the conditions and watchlists in it. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that first, using the steps above. If you can’t reach the app, email hello@usecrux.io from your account’s address and we’ll do it for you.
What Crux is not
Crux watches the conditions you describe and tells you when they happen. It does not give investment advice, hold funds, or place trades. Data comes from third-party sources and can be delayed or revised; see the Terms for detail, and the Privacy notice for how we handle your data.
